Jane is an orphan and is often abused by her cousin John and her aunt, Reed.Jane was then sent to Lowood School for Girls, under the strict and strict leadership of Mr Brocklehurts.There the girls are beaten, but Jane befriends a fellow student named Helen Burns, who shortly afterward dies of a case.

Eight years later, when Jane was 18, she left Lowood for her new job at Thornfield Hall.Greeted by a friendly housekeeper named Mrs Fairfax, Jane begins a simple and isolated life as the French nanny of the owner of Thornfield. Behind the spooky-looking Thornfield building, Eyre still feels comfortable, because everyone treats him well. His students are also children who can still be managed even though they are not the talented and very smart type. Eyre had no trouble adapting to his new surroundings except for one thing, his host. Mr. Rochester rarely spends much time at Thornfield as he travels frequently and returns months later. 

Mr. Rochester was a man who was no longer young, barely 20 years older than Eyre who was 18. Mr. Rochester was known as a kind person to the local community and servants. However, Eyre sees him as eccentric, cynical and mysterious. There are times when Mr. Rochester summoned Eyre to just accompany him to chat. Gradually Eyre got to know Mr. Rochester with his volatile and unpredictable moods. This aroused interest in Eyre's heart who had no experience with men before.

 On the other hand, the longer he stayed in Thornfield the odd feeling Eyre felt about the house. Several times Eyre experienced strange events in Thornfield but Mr. Rochester asked him to be quiet. Until one day the dark secret that had been hidden behind the walls of Thornfield was revealed. This shakes Eyre's confidence and makes him have to make a difficult decision, which is to leave Thornfield quietly. Out of reach of Mr. Rochester though his heart said otherwise. Will Mr. Rochester managed to find Eyre? Or will Eyre find happiness in his life?
